SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with TMB Woodworks online.  The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We understand shipping costs may seem relatively high, however we ensure that there is a 0% markup on shipping. Some of the items you are purchasing are made from solid Oak, Walnut, and other hardwoods and can be heavy resulting in seemingly high shipping costs. If you are local, pick-up is always available, or we will attempt to have a delivery person hand deliver the item. Thanks!

TMB Woodworks understands how important it is that your orders arrive promptly. Listed below are answers to commonly asked questions about our shipping rates and policies.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders are typically made to order.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for pieces to be hand made. If a piece is available and in stock when you place your order, it will be shipped within 1 business day.  Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

How will my orders be shipped?
Our shopping cart allows you to choose from the full range of UPS services; including, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS Ground.

When will my order arrive?
We will send you an email notification from UPS with your tracking number. 

​

Where does TMB Woodworks ship?
We currently offer shipping on all orders to the lower 48 States.  We currently do not ship internationally or outside of the lower 48 States. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return any order within 14 days of receiving the work. We cannot accept returns on special orders and custom orders. This includes any one-of-a-kind pieces, or any production pieces that have customized to your specifications.

How to Return Orders:
Here is the simple process for returning an item:
1. Contact us by either emailing us at TMBwoodworks@gmail.com or call us at 937.623.4428 to obtain return instructions. 
2. If the order item arrived to you via UPS, we will provide you with a UPS Return Service label. If the art item arrived to you via a freight carrier, we will contact the carrier and set up a time for them to retrieve the order. You are responsible for return shipping costs. 
3. Repack the product in its original packaging materials. If the product is damaged in return transit due to packaging error, you will be responsible.

If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, TMB Woodworks will pay the return-shipping costs.

Refunds:
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of us receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the order minus shipping costs. If you have any questions, please call us at 937.623.4428, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time.

Orders Damaged in Transit:
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything has been damaged in transit contact us at 937.623.4428 or TMBwoodworks@gmail.com. Please retain all of the original packing materials.

Cancellations
Any order that is not a special order or customer order can be cancelled prior to shipping the order. Please email us at TMBwoodworks@gmail.com or call us at 937.623.4428 to cancel an order. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.
